Reynard New Zealand are the exclusive distributors of the Purely Baby products relevant to these terms and conditions throughout New Zealand.
These terms and conditions govern participation in the Purely Baby NZ Father’s Day Giveaway Competition (the Competition). This is a promotion conducted by Reynard New Zealand.
Instructions on how to enter the Competition and prize information form part of these terms and conditions which can be found on the Purely Baby Instagram and Facebook pages. Entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are NOT healthcare professionals (HCP) as defined in the Medical Technology Association of New Zealand (MTANZ) Code of Practice, this definition includes a person in training or a person under the direction or control of an HCP. Employees of Reynard New Zealand and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are also ineligible to enter.
Entries may be submitted to the Competition from 9AM NZST 5 September 2025 until 12AM NZST 14 September 2025 (Open Period). One (1) entry (from either Instagram or Facebook) will be selected at random to win the Competition (the Winner). The Winners will be emailed privately on 30th September 2025.

Reynard New Zealand’s decision is final and no correspondence or dispute regarding the Winner will be entered into.
The Winner will be provided with a Purely Baby Starter pack (the Prize) (https://purelybaby.co.nz/product/starter-pack/) which cannot be redeemed for cash. Reynard New Zealand reserves the right to vary the value or the contents of the Prize.
Reynard New Zealand reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant that AST has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Personal Information and Privacy
(a) All entries in the Competition will be subject to Purely Baby NZ privacy policy which can be accessed at https://purelybaby.co.nz/privacy-policy/
(b) All entries in the Competition become the property of Reynard New Zealand. Reynard New Zealand collects personal information from entrants to conduct the Competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this Competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested.
(c) Entries may be entered into a database and Reynard New Zealand may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by Reynard New Zealand, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to Reynard New Zealand.
Reynard New Zealand reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition or any of its components without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Reynard New Zealand is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person or to any property due to any act or omission by Reynard New Zealand, its employees or agents, in connection with the Competition. Any liability of Reynard New Zealand, its employees or agents is limited to the payment of the value of the Prize.
