Device online terms and conditions
Device Technologies MEGA MONTH 2026 Promotion
- The promoter is Device Technologies New Zealand Limited (Company Number 1020095) (Device) of 47 Arrenway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland, 0632, New Zealand.
- These terms and conditions govern the participation in the Device Technologies Mega Month 2026 Promotion (the Promotion). This is a promotion conducted by Device.
- By purchasing products through the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, Device’s terms and conditions of trade, and where applicable the terms and conditions of the online ordering system (Device Online), which can be found at www.device.co.nz/terms-conditions. Customers must also abide by Device’s Privacy Policy which can be found at www.device.co.nz/privacy-policy.
- The Promotion is available for certain orders through Device Online only, and for other certain orders through Device Customer Service or Device Product Specialists only. The eligibility of orders available through Device Online only and through Device Customer Service or Device Product Specialists only are detailed below in these terms and conditions.
- The Promotion will run between 12.01am on 01 June 2026 to 11.59pm on 30 June 2026 (Open Period). Products available on backorder or not held in inventory by Device (‘indent stock’) may be included in the Promotion. No rainchecks.
Promotion terms and conditions applicable to eligible orders available through Device Online only
- Customers must submit an order on Device Online during the Open Period for products indicated as being included in the Promotion which will be discounted to a maximum of 50% off the list price of the product at the discretion of Device.
- For the avoidance of doubt the fixed discount will be calculated off list price and will not be calculated off any existing discounted rate applicable to customers.
- The Promotion is not available to customers who are subject to contracted, negotiated, special or otherwise agreed pricing arrangements with Device. Where any such pricing applies, the Promotion discount will not be available or applied.
- Other offers included in the Promotion available through Device Online only during the Open Period include:
- Buy 1 unit of selected products get 1 additional free (no limit per order).
- Buy 2 units of selected products get 1 additional free (no limit per order).
- Receive 2 additional free OcuDot Probes REI-16307 (3 total per unit, including the standard included box) with the purchase of REI-16325 or REI-16326 (no limit per order).
- Fixed discount on REI-16326 ($1,742.25 off list price), REI-16325 ($1,868.50 off list price). For the avoidance of doubt the fixed discount will be calculated off list price and will not be calculated off any existing discounted rate applicable to customers.
- Fixed discount on PLE-QUICKSEEFREE ($3,757.50 off list price) and PLE-QUICKSEEFREEPRO ($4,615 off list price). For the avoidance of doubt the fixed discount will be calculated off list price and will not be calculated off any existing discounted rate applicable to customers.
Promotion terms and conditions applicable to eligible orders available through Device Customer Service and Product Specialists only
- Customers must make an enquiry through Device Customer Service or Device Product Specialists as to if a product of interest to them is included in the Promotion, if the relevant product is included in the Promotion, it will be discounted at a rate predetermined by Device if purchased during the Open Period. Any discount offered as part of the Promotion will be at the discretion of Device and will not exceed 50% off the list price of the product. Products included in the Promotion are not eligible to be included in any other Device promotion, discount or special offer during the Open Period, unless expressly stated otherwise by Device.
- Device may, at any time, verify a customer’s eligibility or an order’s compliance and cancel any order that Device reasonably believes has been submitted in breach of these Promotion terms and conditions, Device’s Terms and Conditions of Trade, or (where applicable) the Device Online terms and conditions.
- Device reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or any of its components without notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, Device is not liable for loss or damage suffered by any person or to any property due to any act or omission of Device, its employees or agents in connection with the Promotion. Any liability of Device, its employees or agents is limited to the value of the relevant customer order.
